Some of my favorite things in the world are stories.

Here is a bit of mine: I grew up in the suburbs of Nashville, TN. I’ve got a mom, a dad, a brother, a sister, a sister-in-law, a brand new nephew, and a dog named Maestro, all of whom I love very much. Earning my Bachelor of Music from OCU was a rewarding challenge after falling in love with music theatre when I was cast as IQ in my high school production of Hairspray.

I’m a proud member of the AMC A-List subscription which allows me to see up to 4 movies per week on the best screens in the world. Some of my recent favorites have been 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, One Battle After Another, Predator: Badlands and Rental Family. I’m also a big fan of a great novel. Notable five-star reads from this year have been Larry McMurtry’s Lonesome Dove, Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky, Blackouts by Justin Torres, and These Truths: A History of the United States by Jill Lepore.

I’m a hiker and love to be outside exploring the world.

Though I love to experience my story on the current page, I’m always looking forward to the next chapter.
