My favorite things in the world are stories. Watching them, reading them, experiencing them, telling them.

Here is a bit of my story: I grew up in the suburbs of Nashville, TN. I’ve got a mom, a dad, a brother, a sister, a sister-in-law, and a dog named Maestro who all mean the world to me. Earning my Bachelor of Music from OCU was a rewarding challenge after falling in love with music theatre when I got cast as IQ in my high school production of Hairspray.

I’m a proud member of the AMC A-List subscription which lets you see up to 3 movies per week on the best screens in the world. Some of my recent favorites have been 28 Years Later, Sinners, I’m Still Here and A Real Pain. I’m a big fan of a good novel and try to read at least 30 books per year. Notable five-star reads from this year have been Larry McMurtry’s Lonesome Dove, Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky, and FDR by Jean Edward Smith.

I’m a hiker and love to be outside exploring the world.

Though I love to experience my story on the current page, I’m always looking forward to the next chapter.
